I have purchased 2 vehicles from them in the last 2 years. The second purchase was not a good experience. I found them to be very dishonest in the way they do business. There were several areas where the have an ethics problem but the biggest was trying to add a $3k warranty without my knowledge. At first it was listed on the price agreement paperwork that you sign but I saw it and had them remove. Then they included it in the finance paperwork without my knowledge. I feel like they intentionally left it off and tried to hide it in the finance papers. Thankfully I caught it because the payment was over $100 to high. I put the price in a loan calculator online to check and caught the problem. If I wouldn't have checked their math they would've added the $3k warranty after I specifically told them I didn't want it, completely without my knowledge. Very dishonest way to do business. I'm not sure where the problem is, salesperson or finance department but it needs to be addressed.

Dropped off truck day prior to appointment. Told service advisor directly that anything less than $1000 dollars was approved to do and anything over that would need to call me to discuss. Next day I never received a call or text until after my wife called them while I was at work. She called them around 4:15pm. My appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection was at 9am. They said truck was complete. When she went to pick it up they told here a few things needed to get done that they needed approval for and she asked why they didn’t get it done since I approved anything under $1000 when I dropped it off? They said it wasn’t in the notes. They said they called me and the phone just rang and rang. Unlikely since I have voicemail on my cell phone that is not full. Seems like a common problem with this dealership when I don’t deal with my usual service adviser.

I am being told that Patriot Chevrolet has elected to not follow the advised tire rotation per applicable vehicle manual. Instead, they only move the back tires to the front, and front to back. As I researched this more, it appears the tires are never fully rotated, and is a preferred option because it’s FASTER, than having to do it the correct way, as defined in every Chevrolet owners manual.

The staff was friendly and had my car ready within an hour. I was disappointed that I have been there multiple times for oil changes and was never told that I had 2 free oil changes available from GM. It wasn’t until we took it to another dealership out of town that they told us it was free and we still had 1 more free oil change. I had to ask about it when I was in as they never mentioned it to us at Patriot.

This was the fourth time I’ve had my vehicle there to address the same issue. It may be some better, but it is still not working as it should. The radio still cuts out for no reason for short period of time and I’m not sure if the GPS issue was fixed or not as I have not had to use my GPS since it was “repaired“. This is one customer who is very annoyed and frustrated. My 2019 Yukon was fantastic but the 2024 Yukon continues to have the same issue without resolved. The positive about the visit was the courteousness of the service advisor.
